Store Policy
25% deposit on all lumber orders with and additional 25% due 10 days before delivery 50% balance due on delivery. All transportations will be paid by the purchaser. Freight costs are set by independent carriers and are subject to change without notice. The purchaser agrees to have men and equipment on the site necessary to unload materials the day of delivery. Custom orders are not returnable. Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt, dated materials such as stain, caulk etc must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Ther is a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders. The purchaser should inspect the materials on arrival and determine if there are any shortages or damages and notify Log Homes Direct before the truck leaves the site. Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Currently we ship anywhere in the continental US thru UPS delivery unless otherwise stated. For UPS ground shipments your order should arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. We will notify you if there any delay's. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Backorders due occur from time to time, we try estimate stock levels for products, and generaly do very well but occasionally backorders might occur. We will notify you if a item is backordered.
